When do you provide email
support? What are the email addresses?
We provide email support 24 hours per day, 7
days per week, 365 days per year. You can reach a
support engineer at all times by emailing support@inSolSys.com.
However, we would prefer that you use online
support to initiate support requests. It enters
the same queue as email requests, but can be
processed faster and more efficiently than
standard email.
Do I have to pay for support?
You do not have to pay for standard support
requests. This includes help with server or site
problems or assistance in using certain features
of inSolSys.com's hosting platform. This does not
include programming or site design assistance,
assistance in fine tuning performance on your
site, or assistance in marketing your site. InSolSys.com's
team of programmers, designers and marketing
assistants can help at a standard rate beginning
at $150 per hour.
What is engineering
assistance?
Engineering assistance is provided to dedicated
and collocated customers who need assistance not
covered under the standard terms of a contract.
Rates begin at $150 per hour.
